Jake is in his fourth season with HDI and is a recent addition to HDI’s Leadership Team. As Director of Client Success, he works to ensure that all HDI clients achieve their goals, driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth. He also works directly with a number of teams, serving as their primary point of contact at HDI. In addition to these and other duties, Jake also works behind the scenes to oversee HDI’s quarterly newsletter.
Prior to working at HDI, Jake was an analyst at Championship Analytics, a consulting company serving NFL, college, and high school football coaching staffs. He also provided independent coaching strategy advice to Division I basketball coaches. Before entering the world of analytics, Jake was a sports reporter whose work appeared in FiveThirtyEight, The Washington Post, and other publications. Jake graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Economics.
